Justin Treadwell
Apparatus Operator & Volunteer Firefighter
Volunteer Since 2024
Background
A native of Wrightwood, California, Justin brings 31 years of experience in wildland and structural firefighting, as well as 12 years of U.S. military service—including four years as a Navy Damage Controlman—to Rocky Point Fire-EMS. After relocating to Oregon in 2002 for a career with the U.S. Forest Service, he joined our department in December 2024.
Service in Rocky Point
As an apparatus operator and firefighter, Justin draws on decades of line work, pump operations, and incident management to keep our crews—and our community—safe. His goal is simple: apply seasoned judgment and calm leadership to every response, giving back to the place he now calls home.
Life Beyond the Station
When he isn’t behind the wheel of an engine, Justin is most likely camping in Oregon backcountry, fishing local waters, or exploring dive sites beneath the surface. He shares life in Rocky Point with his partner, Fran, and two dogs—Buddy and Rose.
